RESERVATIONS
 | Reservations are guaranteed, and held, with a valid credit card or
if a deposit by check is received within ten days after
placement of your reservation. |
 | One or two night stays require FULL payment as deposit. Three nights or more require a
50% deposit (except special requests). Returned checks $25.00. |
 | Balance is due at check-in, checks or cash preferred. Guests are expected to pay for
their entire reservation. |
 | Minimum stays may be required. |
 | Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to NYS and local sales tax. |

 | Thoroughbred Racing Season, $280-$400 |
 | Special events $195-$235 |
REFUND POLICY
 | Your deposit applies to your entire stay. As we deal primarily with advance
reservations, deposits will be refunded or applied to a new date, if cancellation is
received 14 days prior to arrival date. If not, deposit will be refunded, ONLY if we rent
the room. Returned deposits are subject to a $25.00 service charge. |
 | We reserve the right to extend the cancellation policy to 30 days. |
