Vegetable Omelette
One of the most popular dishes served to our guests. This is so simple yet the most popular dish among our guests. The trick is using a hot frying pan with butter. Whip 2 eggs, pour into pan, sprinkle with cheese, mushrooms, chopped ham, onions or any other combination of your favorite ingredient. After you fold over the egg cover the pan for the remaining cooking time.
