Cook 1 lb. of fresh cranberries. On medium heat add 1 C. of pineapple juice (use water to make a cup) and stir till the consistency of a puree. Add 1 C.sugar, 1 package of raseberry jello, 1 large can of crushed pineapple and (optional) 1/2 C. of chopped nuts. Mix well. Cool and refrigerate. Serves 24.
