Recipe of the Week 5/18/2013 Almond Fruit Salad Make up this mixture and layer it between your favorite chopped fruit. 4 oz. cream cheese, 8 oz. strawberry yogurt, 1 T. sugar. Beat. Add 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Fold in 8 oz. cool whip. I like using cantaloupe, watermelon, cream mixtue; blueberries, kiwi, cream mixture; strawberries, peaches, cream mixture; grapes.
