8/25/2010 Corn Bread Ole' This is a very moist corn bread.
Cream together: 1 1/2 stick butter, 3/4 C. sugar and 4 eggs. Add: 4 oz. can green chiles chopped, 16 oz. can creamed style corn, 1/2 C. jack and cheddar cheese. Mix together and add: 1 C. flour, 1 C. cornmeal, 4 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. Pour into an 8x12x2 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 BUT bake at 300 for approximately 70 minutes. Serves 10.
